We have greatly appreciated it. Your children's parties and baby showers have provided enormous inspiration, and we hope that you will continue to share your incredible talent and creativity!

Unfortunately we do not have time to manage this blog, therefore as of now no new submissions will be accepted, no new posts will be featured, but we sincerely hope you will still enjoy the parties that are already posted here!

In addition, we highly recommend that you share your parties with others. There are many websites and blogs that allow you to share your work and inspire others! Among these are Martha Stewart Dreamers Into Doers, Catch My Party and Project Nursery. If you look at the party blogs on the left sidebar, you will note several other great blogs to follow and find inspiration for your next event. Many of those sites do accept submissions-we highly recommend sharing your work with them!

Robot Dessert Table

Junita from Indonesia sent in her fresh and fun photos of her son's robot-themed dessert table. We love so many of the details, and if you are planning a robot party, we think you will too!!!

Junita went with a red, light blue, white and gray theme, with hints of black.

Zebra Art Party

Jill shared with us her daughter's darling zebra art party, and we are so thrilled to be able show you all her creativity and inspiration!

The paint cans with the treats are darling--we actually have been working on a similar dessert table design, and were thrilled to see Jill's in person as a preview of what's to come!

Jill designs fabulous invitations, so we were not surprised by the darling one she created for her daughter's party.

She went with a zebra theme, with pink, lime, white and black--splashes of aqua and other colors too!

We love the ultra creative cupcake cake and the personalized background, don't you?

Check out the zebra cookies, along with the "N" cookies, the birthday girl's initials--a darling way to personalize the treats!

These zebra stripe rice krispie bars are adorable...and making us want to whip up a batch right about now...

Art Birthday Party

We flipped over the stunning array of colors that Brooke used at her daughter's art party.

Brooke went with a color scheme that included all the brilliant hues you could possibly imagine, so vivid and bright.

The dessert table was brilliantly bright (we love the cake!)

The dessert table included all sorts of sweets. We love this image because it captures a sweet table in action!

Gorgeous image of the lollipops!

One of the fabulous activities involved decorating cupcakes (notice the cake is already rainbow!)--messy, but a load of fun!

The children were given many fabulous arts and crafts to do, including painting on a large "wall"...this little guy looks like he is painting very carefully!

And the wall is complete (LOVE this)!

Another activity: bubble painting!

The guests received these fabulous favor baskets.

The beautiful birthday girl wearing a spectacular hair clip--artistic in and of itself!

"Cars" Inspired Party 2

We LOVE the details that Melissa put together for her son's "Cars" movie inspired birthday party. WOW.

She decorated the entire garage for a totally race car-oriented party space! She has so many incredible photos of this party, here are some of our favorites!

Melissa created a fabulous dessert table...we love how she displayed the black and white wirly pops in the crate...FABULOUS look!

Pink and Yellow Butterfly Birthday Party

Rebekah is one talented mom, with an incredible eye for style. We are absolutely smitten with her daughter's pink and yellow butterfly-themed birthday party, and hope you will enjoy it too!The sweet table was set up for an absolutely stunning presentation--we LOVE the ribbons used at the corners of the tablecloth, and the cabana stripe fabric is charming!!!

Check out a side view of these sweets--there are too many beautiful ones to even choose which to feature.

We love the butterfly straws--incredibly creative and fun!

How about this butterfly table with wings for each guest? And of course, the personalized bunting is darling too. We love how Rebekah tied in the table linens of this table display to the sweet table, keeping a consistent look.

The birthday girl could not be cuter than this: look at sweet Lauren in her tutu--precious!

Favor cartons were enchanting and matched the color scheme and theme perfectly.

"Cookie Monster" Birthday Party

We love the originality of this party sent in by Brannon--it is based off of a classic character from "Sesame Street"--but it was created into a precious girly version for Emme, incorporating pink with the favorite blue "Cookie Monster"!

Brannon wanted to create a "stylish" character party--quite a challenge! But we are impressed with some elements they used to try and make it a classic party without too much character!

We adore this sign, welcoming guests to the theme, and party!

And the pink "E" cookies are precious! A great way to personalize the party for Emme, incorporate a new color like pink, and be theme appropriate as "Cookie Monster" loves to eat cookies!

There is something so precious about a sweet birthday girl gazing at her tower of cupcakes, don't you think?

A closer look at a cupcake (pink frosting, of course!) and check out the darling glass of milk with the blue and white stripe straw!

Children were treated to "Cookie Monster" headbands and crowns...

Party favors were very "Classic Sesame Street" and age-appropriate!

We find this image precious...and thought you "Sesame Street" fans would adore it too! Children had their photos taken with the gang, and for an activity they went on a cookie hunt (great idea!)

Custom "Cookie Monster" invitations were created just for Emme!

Sailboat First Birthday Party

Planning a first birthday party? Check out this darling first birthday party for some great ideas for decorations, food, and above all--activities, perfect for a large family celebration of this milestone event!!!

Submitted by Michelle, we are thrilled to share with you this amazing party she put together to celebrate her son Arya's first birthday.

We absolutely love the color scheme of light blue, red and white (one you have probably seen a lot of these days--we think it is PERFECT for baby, and great for boys or girls!).

Michelle integrated this color scheme in every detail, like these gorgeous red and white stripe paper straws!

And how about these darling wrapped sandwiches? Decorative, and tasty!

The sailboat theme starting right at the front door...check out S.S. ARYA! What a darling "wreath" alternative!

The color-scheme was carried throughout the entire indoor and outdoor party space. Check out the lanterns and table cloths outside--what a gorgeous space!

There was also a very nautical feel outdoors. We love the anchor at the fountain...

...and the table too! We love the crisp white.

Michelle set up a delicious food table with fish netting.

She also used red and blue berries on skewers to have her color-scheme incorporated in the food itself!

One of our favorite details: The goldfish cracker cones!

Guests were treated to scrumptious catered food out on the patio, loads of spectacular food indoors as well, and enjoyed fabulous decorations all around them. But they were also entertained! Check out the balloon animal artist!

Then of course musical instruments and a parachute (a GREAT activity for 1 year olds)!

Another favorite detail: the wall of favors--what a creative idea!!! We love it!

Dinosaur Birthday Party

We love this dinosaur-themed birthday party, and hope you will too! This is the first of a couple great boy parties we will be featuring!

Submitted by the ever-talented Christine (she was the one behind the Construction Party and Mad Scientist Party), we weren't surprised to be blown away with the incredible details and realistic experience she helped create for her nephew's party (with her sister-in-law, home with a newborn!)!

Peace And Love Baby Shower

We love this "peace and love" themed baby "sprinkle" designed and submitted by Ebony. She did a fabulous job, and we love how incredibly unique it is--and a perfect inspiration for that next baby shower you might be throwing!!!

We are in *LOVE* with this cake. WOW. The colors and "tie-dye" effect are so much fun!

The banner is equally darling, created by Ebony herself (decal resource listed at end of post)!

The diaper cake (by Ebony and her mom) is a fun decoration...

How about these fun custom printed food signs (not to mention the cute name for the yummy treat it is for!)

We love a good pirate-themed birthday party, and this one submitted by Lorena is loaded with creative ideas for a great table design, decorations--even theme-appropriate food!

Having a hard time finding a detail we don't like! The stone wall, the fish netting, the pirate ship "sails" and of course the custom printed pirate map water bottle labels...not to mention a GORGEOUS outdoor location! What a great design!

Then you see the great favors with custom printed tags in a treasure chest, the custom printed bunting (love the vintage almost leather-look!) and those hysterically cute snacks...well, as you can see, Lorena knows how to design a great party!

A fab facebook frend Jen (of The Trendy Tot) was so sweet to share pictures of her daughter's totally "Pinkalicious" party she threw for her daughter this summer. Despite rainy weather, her party brought the birthday girl and her guests nothing but smiles!

"Pinkalicious"-inspired Birthday Parties

We love PINK, and many girls love "Pinkalicious"--we are here to share the first of two adorable parties inspired by this theme!

This utterly darling party that will charm the socks off of children and adults alike! Lots of pink, and more "Pinkalicious" than we have ever seen! The amazing Andrea (she created the stunning pink and green butterfly tea party we featured recently) so kindly shared this party with us, and we are *thrilled* to share it with you.

Check out this precious "Pinkalicious" Photo Cut Out Station!

Andrea created this darling "Pinkalicious" customized sign on the front door, to get the party started and girls excited before they even entered the door!

The table set up was adorable--shades of pink, fuchsia and white...pink spotty balloons and festive tissue poms (not hanging, but rather attached to the wall for a unique spin on the trendy decoration we all love!) adorned the space.

Check out the darling place settings. We love the diamond fabric table runner, the pink and white stripe trim onthe placemats, the fuchsia square plates, spotty cups with striped paper straws, and just adore the personalized napkin rings!!! Of course the centerpieces are oh-so-"Pinkalicious" too!

An arts and crafts station was set up with plenty of room for the girls to get their creative juices flowing! 

We love all the craft items--from wands to dolls and beads too--something for everyone!

Check out the dress up station--totally "Pinkalicious" tutus and wings for everyone!

The "build your own" unicorn station is one of our favorites--each came with a custom birth certificate, too!

Other activities included a make up station and face painting (not shown), and a fabulous entertainer--creating the most amazing balloon animals we have ever seen (you will have to hop over to Andrea's blog to view them, they are tooooo unbelievable!).

We don't think the term "sweet table" is appropriate here...it's more like "sweet ROOM"!!!

Check out the "build your own sundae" bar here (we love the pink stripe fabric background and pink argyle fabric table toppers--both fabrics have been spotted in the online shoppe at Kate Landers Events, LLC)!

Check out the perfect pink ice cream cups and scoops, and big white ice cream basins!

Toppings! There are many great ones to check out on Andrea's blog, but we had to feature the pink sprinkles!

How about some snacks? We can't think of a sweeter way to eat potato chips than out of these cartons!

Golf Birthday Party

Shelley from How Does She? (along with help from her mother-in-law!) created this incredibly well-pulled together golf themed birthday party for her son, with a clean and preppy green and white color scheme. PREPARE TO BE INSPIRED!!!

First: Sweets! Donut "Holes in One" are too cute for words. We also love the cupcakes with the "grass" frosting and flgas, and how about that swirly key lime salt water taffy? The green and white color scheme carried throughout is fabulous.

The cupcake deserves a close up shot. We love the base of them too--chocolate so appropriate for the dirt under the turf!

Our favorite aspect of this party (as if it easy to choose one): the "Club Sandwiches". Whether you interpret them as a play on words with "golf clubs" or the "clubhouse at the golf course"--they are darling either way! Check out the darling wraps and GOLF TEES used as sandwich picks--*fabulous creative idea Shelley!*

We also love the "watering hole" with water bottles with custom printed labels and green and white paper straws--festive and cute.

The invitations and printables were created by the fabulous Chickabug and we love how they are youthful and realistic in design, all at the same time! The golf-cart theme is carried throughout all the printables at this party.

Check out the green bucket of child-friendly balls, and the green visors to "wear on the course"--adorable.

The custom printed labels, also by Chickabug, adorn the green and white striped favor bags to put in sweet treats.

Loving the green and white polka dot balloons here.

How about some green water bottles (a great favor idea!) with precious golf-cart themed tags? We love the circle tags...and look closely, each bottle is personalized with the child's name, and a darling painted "hole in one" motif--LOVE IT!

Love the labels for the children to wear (okay, that golf shirt is too cute too).

And last but not least, a beautiful family and birthday boy under darling custom printed bunting!

Playhouse Birthday Party

A dream playhouse: air conditioning, flat screen tv for princess movies, recessed lighting, bamboo flooring and a sparkling light fixture with every playhouse item you could imagine. This is a precious gift girls of all ages would adore!
Julie shared this magnificent playhouse her husband created for their precious daughter Hannah's 4th birthday (stunning). And being a polished event planner with an eye for detail and exquisite taste--Julie made sure everything was spectacular! We love the bunting around the porch, making it festive and dainty.

There was an official ribbon-cutting ceremony--pink, of course!

If the outside of the house isn't precious enough, check out some shots of the inside!

Julie designed a darling dessert table for the party, in many shades of precious pink.

Absolutely love the crown cake--truly fit for a princess, don't you think?

We giggled when we saw the "signature mocktail"--cotton candy "mojitos"! (Julie loves having a signature cocktail at her event, so she made one appropriate for the 4 year old crowd--talk about creativity with a capital "C"!)

We adore the shabby-chic look and feel to the decorations, and of course the festive pink tissue poms.

Forest Fairy Birthday Party

Brace yourself, and prepare to be blown away. This party is one of the most utterly enchanting fairy parties we have ever seen!

From woodland to forest to flower fairy parties, this one certainly takes the cake.

Sharnel styled this stunning party for her daughter Olivia's birthday, and the gorgeous images were captured by Leanne of Leanne Stamatellos Photography.

What struck us most were the forest creatures Sharnel had brought in for the party (with a real fairy too, of course!), truly enchanting each of the fairy guests--a brilliant form of entertainment! The fawn is so innocent and precious.

A soft bunny was snuggled tight by many of the forest fairies gathered in a circle.

Each fairy was presented with proper fairy attire--don't they look darling as they frolic in the forest?

Toadstools were created for seating at the table (and Sharnel even provides a tutorial in creating these!), making the table design truly magical.

Check out all of the precious details as the guests gather round--from the grass and flower placemats to the pink and white striped straws--no detail was left unforgotten.

We are in love with the gorgeous butterfly decorations hanging overhead--aren't these amazing?

The beverages (check out the creative names!!!) look lovely, and even more lovely are the magical decorations hanging overhead.

The fairies enjoyed sharing secrets and playing with one another in the great outdoors as many forest fairies do!

San Diego Padres Birthday Dessert Table

Many thanks to Ma. Teresa, Kristina and Roxana for sharing their San Diego Padres themed birthday party dessert table with us. They have some GREAT ideas for a baseball themed birthday sweet table and favors for any favorite team!

First, they did a great job of sticking with the color scheme, and personalizing sweets with custom printed labels. Check out these yummies!

Baseball bat bubble gum favors with custom printed tags served as excellent favors...

...as did these baseball "trophies"--personalized, no less!

How about carrying a color-scheme throughout with the sweets, like these chocolate, yellow and orange candies?

They used baseball decor for this amazing sweet tower. Tootsie rolls are the perfect finishing touch, and keep with the color-scheme.

How about some San Diego Padres memorobilia? Makes for some fun decor!

A baseball hat with chocolate dipped apples is fun and festive.

A custom printed sign adds personalization to the party, and character too!

Butterfly Tea Party Birthday

This is one of the sweetest little girl tea parties we have ever seen. Beautiful colors, fabulous decorations, darling tablesetting, delicious dessert table, and amazing crafts! Prepare to be amazed!!!

We were thrilled to receive this submission by Andrea. She is incredibly talented when it comes to an eye for detail and making things pretty--just see for yourself!

Butterflies and pretty shades of soft green, pink and white were used througout the party. Check out this gorgeous backdrop for the sweet table!

The sweet table is precious...

and included a variety of pastries, we are smitten with these butterfly cupcakes...

... and butterfly packaged Raisinets (yes! really!) hidden in the tall grass.

The tablescape featured butterflies on large topiaries.

We love the full table design, with the green and white damask table runner and white garden chairs.

Look at the sweet garden party hats for each guest on the edge of their chairs--darling!

The ribbons streaming from the wreath overhead makes a beautiful decoration above the table.

Check out the darling place settings. We love the placemats!

One of the best parts of this party are the activities Andrea set up. First is a build-a-dollie station.

Look at the amazing line up of doll dresses!

And when we couldn't think it could get any more creative, we saw the doll birth certificate pouches, WOW!

There was also a craft station, and a make up table.

Scooby Doo-Inspired Birthday Party

Do you remember Scooby Doo? Lara submitted this fabulous nod to a famous "vintage" cartoon series she used as the theme for her child's birthday party. We LOVE the details (like the mod flower cookies), and think you will too!

Lara looked to the "Mystery Van" for inspiration, and based her color-scheme and design off of it (*great idea*). She selected orange, turquoise and green, creating a bright cheerful vibe.

"Alice In Wonderland" II Inspired Birthday Party

Alice in Wonderland is a brilliant birthday party theme, and we couldn't help but wish to share this rendition submitted by the lovely Ebony!!!

First: A stunningly beautiful birthday girl. It is always a joy to see the birthday child enjoying their special celebration. Striking photo!

We absolutely love Ebony's color scheme of red, black and white. Classic!

Loving the white tulle pom decorations...

...and the tulle wreath with heart accents (great idea!)

Oh! And how about these cute planters (resembling tea cups) with heart accents? We think the Queen of Hearts herself would be proud!

Ebony set up a sweet table that featured a white rabbit cake and custom sweets in her color-scheme.

Notice the darling cookies--these are one of our FAVORITE elements of this party!
Ebony also used a moss table runner and moss covered rocks for the garden feel, with mini "Alice" characters.

Party favors were given in darling clear paint cans with custom printed tags!

The guests enjoyed magic tricks, a visit by the Mad Hatter himself (dad!) and a fun photo booth!

Absolutely blown away when we first set eyes on this race car party created by Gwynn. We were thrilled she submitted it to us and is sharing this incredible party as fabulous inspiration for your next race car themed party!

Gwen designed these adorable invitations, incorporating her vivid red and yellow color scheme, to set the theme from the moment guests received their invitations in the mail.

She designed a stunning dessert table, with personalized bunting, custom cookies, a spectacular cake....no detail was left undone.

We love these bubbles--or should we say, bubble labels! Great packaging for a personalized presentation.

Everything on the dessert table matched--perfectly.

One of the best parts: Gwynn includes the activities the children participated in at the party. She even provides a tutorial on building your own race track! THAT is inspiring.

We are THRILLED to share with you this incredible Lego Birthday Party Dessert Table submitted by Katena. She did such a great job of making it all "click" together perfectly, we hope you will find it as inspiring as we do!

Creativity is overflowing here--so many great ideas. Check out the dark green bubble wrap for the base! How about the lego man banner--a great take on those old fashioned paper dolls holding hands! Very, very clever.

Take a look at the lego-inspired cupcake toppers, customized to the birthday boy's age. We think this is a great way that Katena personalized her sweet table in a subtle way.

A Little Lady's Bug Party

We are excited to share with you this adorable Ladybug Birthday Party submitted by Andrea.

We absolutely love the gorgeous photos of her little lady, captured by photographers Gary Kaplan, friend of Colin Cowie, as well as his assistant Natasha, and NYC photographer Javier Gomez.

Andrea began planning her daughter's party months ago. She selected a color scheme of pink, lime and purple, with hints of orange and turquoise.

We absolutely love this gorgeous, unique and festive hanging decoration above the sweet table.

Andrea got creative, using the signature marking of ladybugs--polka dots--throughout her event, such as on these adorable balloons (matching the color-scheme, of course!)

Decor also included festive tissue poms...

And spotted toadstools (a place you may just find a ladybug in your garden!)

Cute detailed ladybug paper crafts...

And no detail left out, like custom printed labels for the water bottles!

Children enjoyed decorating picture frames, dancing to music played by a DJ, a craft table with coloring sheets and ladybug & flower silly bands, and a bounce house.

Vintage Circus Baby Shower

Thrilled with the Vintage Circus Party Sumbissions! This is the first of many!

We are happy to share with you this darling Vintage Circus Baby Shower by Tanya of The Candy Tree.

The color scheme is playful with light blue, red, white, and accents of orange and yellow. Notice the litle elephant here and there, too!

The invitation is absolutely darling, introducing the theme of the event.

Check out the creative and cute "cake" topped with a sweet mini plush elephant and the newest trend, mini cake bunting.

Bunting and circus-themed printables were created to complete the look of the vintage circus baby shower table. Check out the donuts--another trend we see popping up everywhere!

Red, light blue and white tissue poms floated above the guests.

Our favorite part are the striped favor bags, and the cutest "Wish List For Baby" cards--what a charming idea for a baby shower!

"Lilly Pulitzer"-inspired Turtle Party: Part II & III

We just can't get enough of this darling party! Because we didn't get the second post up on schedule yesterday as we would have liked, we are combining posts II and III for this party--so you won't have to wait any longer, and get all the good stuff at once (as if post I wasn't fabulous enough!)

{Part II: Decorations}

Kori used a pink and green Lilly Pulitzer turtle pattern as the inspiration for her color-scheme and theme. She decorated using a mix of items from the Lilly Pulitzer party product collection (such as the darling plates!) as well as some items she created and designed herself (you can purchase Kori's darling pink and green turtle designs in her shop Paper & Pigtails, here!).

One of our favorite items is the Lilly Pulitzer turtle pinwheel. We have seen these first-hand, and they are well-constructed and a fabulous investment for decorating a party (and later a child's bedroom!)

We also love the dessert table, set up with a beautiful white sheer in the back--summery and simple. The fabric bunting across the front of the table is darling and adds a whimsical element (bunting is always fabulous at a party!), and we love how Kori wrapped the box/stand featuring the cake, with the Lilly Pulitzer turtle print wrapping paper--brilliant idea, Kori!

The hanging decorations are so sweet, light and fun--and easy to make!

Another great decorating idea: use the tableware as decoration. Kori used old fashioned striped paper straws, tied darling "flags" on them, and displayed them in a jar next to the darling beverage station (to keep the girls cool and wash down all those tasty treats). The straws do double-duty for sipping, and seeing!

{Party III: Activities}

The great thing about a pool party is, minimal planned activities are required!

The girls enjoyed their own cabanas by the beautiful pool, and Kori provided darling inflatable turtle rafts (of course!) matching the theme perfectly, and giving the girls lots of water splashing fun. As you know, children often love playtime in the pool, and a pool party makes a fabulous birthday party like Kori's (of course adult supervision is required at all times!).

"Lilly Pulitzer"-inspired Turtle Party: Part I

So thrilled to share a special three day feature on this adorable Lilly-Pulitzer inspired pink & green turtle party. The very talented Kori of Paper & Pigtails, designed this party for her daughter's birthday.

Part I: The Sweets and Snacks

Kori did a beautiful job of incorporating paper party products by Lilly Pulitzer, along with custom designs she created herself (see her shop here)!

Mid-morning snack: Since the party began at 10:00 in the morning, the children were treated to mini white powdered donuts, which were dressed up when served in pink baking cups and served on a tray!

Lunchtime snack: Each child was given their very own adorable tote (notice the darling custom printed label!) neatly packaging their food. Again, a simple snack but served in a beautiful way, making for a truly spectacular presentation (and kid-friendly, too!)

Then of course, it's time for...

Birthday Cake: Kori had this darling cake designed for her daughter, featuring the cutest pink and green turtle.

We love the photo of the birthday girl blowing out her candles, and making a pink & green wish!

There were turtle cupcakes to match (no detail left undone, Kori!), which were devoured.

Last, but certainly not least, a sweet table full of sugar delights, which really was a decoration in and of itself.

We love how Kori used all plastic containers for the candy, keeping it toddler friendly (great idea!!!).

Notice too, the darling custom signs she printed for each candy jar, finished off with ribbon.

What a pink & green treat this party was--wish we could have been there poolside to enjoy it too!

Firetruck Dessert Table

Katena shared with us a super firetruck sweet table she designed for her son Oliver's 4th birthday party, and we thought it would be too selfish not to share it with you!

Heather threw a darling owl-themed slumber party for her daughter Emily, and did a fabulous job creating feminine, vintage and frilly decor, all on a very strict budget.

The owl cookies are absolutely one of our favorite treats from this party--simply darling! They also reinforce Heather's color scheme of pink and aqua.

We love how Heather displayed some of the sweet treats in vintage-inspired containers, too. The white keeps the vintage feel, and also enhances the pink and aqua without competing.

How about the dining table? Set to look like a big bed, of course!

Mad Scientist Birthday Party

We were in awe of the creativity discovered in this fabulous Mad Scientist birthday party created by Christine (yes, the same Christine from yesterday's Construction Party!)

The best part of all, is it shows how science can be fun, colorful, challenging, entertaining, and beautiful. We hope to see a lot more science parties, because this one sure has proven that science and school subjects make perfect party themes.

Incredibly creative birthday banner, we love the colors! What a great idea.

The birthday girl Caitlyn (who requested the party theme herself!) had a darling cake, perfect for the theme, and appropriately surrounded by beakers!

Invitations were color, creative, and perfect to get the theme of the party across! Check out the creative wording!

A "Mad Scientist" was hired to do some experiments.

Construction Birthday Party

The bulldozer says it all: there must be an engineer in this family!

We were blown away by this incredible bulldozer, created by Christine's husband, a mechanical engineer, by no surprise. The arm lifted, headlights went on and off, and steering wheel turned...what a lucky birthday boy!!!

Check out the fabulous party table, featuring personalized hard hats for each child. Each child also received a fully-stocked tool belt!

We love the birthday banner for Camden, too.

For activities, construction zones were set up, featuring some building blocks.

And how about these incredible balloons?

Mandy, who created the charming Marie Antoinette-inspired first birthday for her daughter Amelia, has done it again, creating one of the most darling second birthday parties!

Vintage Chick{en} First Birthday Party

Jennifer from Jennifer Birkhead Designs created such an original, beautiful first birthday party for her daughter, we have no doubt it will charm your socks off!

She used a beautiful unique color scheme incorporate a soft "chick" yellow, with browns, creams, and a stunning shade of greenish-blue.

Check out the precious invitations she designed for the party! Jennifer shares that the inspiration for the vintage theme came from her daughter's vintage name, April Rose! What a *fabulous* idea for theme inspiration!

Swooning over the chicken wire with notes for April, vintage yellow and cream roses, the favor totes with custom labels, the gorgeous rich brown wood bird cage and fabulous set up for the desssert table.

Check out these striking doily decorations and hanging paper "egg" garlands--in love with the precious colors and materials she used to create these.

The dessert display featured precious chick cookies and other delightful treats displayed in egg cartons (brilliant!). Sweets included a spectacular birthday cake, chocolate eggs and caramel & cream biscuits--lots of cupcakes too, of course!

Other theme-appropriate food included chicken salad & egg sandwhiches and mini quiches.
Our favorite photo is of the family with the birthday girl here--they even dressed to coordinate with the party, in the most stylish "Anthropologie"-esque fashion. We love the modern vintage feel to the entire room, and Jennifer did a great job of mixing in her personal decor with items theme-appropriate.

"Cars" Movie -Inspired Birthday Party

Danielle from Belleza e Luce created yet another great party, this time with a Disney "Cars" Movie Theme.

Danielle created driver's licenses for each child, complete with personal thumprinting for identification!
Danielle created a fabulous set up, life-size characters set up at different activity stations.

A re-fueling station was set up with theme-appropriate drinks--LOVE THESE!

"Cars" cupcake toppers incorporated the theme into the sweet treats.

These cookies not only look delicious, but we love the "Finish Line Cookies" title, too.

Alice In Wonderland-inspired Birthday Tea Party

We were in awe when we first saw this precious party Morgann threw for her daughter, inspired by "Alice In Wonderland".
Now we couldn't be more thrilled to share it with you!

Morgann used soft colors, such as light pink, light blue and yellow, for a sweet take on the classic story. She made the darling tissue poms that really made the color scheme pop at the outdoor soiree!
Charming invitations featuring a silhouette of "Alice"...
...along with custom "eat me" and "drink me" signs and 4" party circles were custom created by Kim of TomKat Studio, adding a darling personal touch to the event.

We love the old fashioned "pocket watch" style clock and charming tea pot, making for the sweetest decorations really setting the theme.
The little girls at the party were given fairy wings, tutus and custom initial onesies (by Adisten's Closet)...
...while the boys were treated to Mad Hatter goodies.
We absolutely are head over heels for the cupcake toppers.
Don't think we have ever seen anything quite so spectacular to top off a cupcake! These were created by LC Cakes.

A Dr. Seuss-Inspired First Birthday Party

The lovely Jessica who created the charming Vintage Strawberry Shortcake-inspired party we featured awhile back, has once again designed a fabulous children's party!

The theme for this party was inspired by "Dr. Seuss", and the color scheme was red, aqua and white.

Jessica once again designed some of the most precious party hats we have ever seen!

The color-scheme started before anyone even walked up to the house, with a fabulous custom printed sign.
The front door was so festive and bright with her balloon wreath (with the birthday boy's initial in center).
The birthday bunting was theme-appropriate, really enhancing the table design.
That birthday cake is fabulous!
How precious is this photo of little Hudson checking out the big cake.
Jessica gave out darling mats for the guests, charmingly displayed in red and white striped buckets.
How about this sign in table? Love how everything coordinates.
Favor boxes with treats (see what is inside on Jessica's blog here) served as a fabulous decoration.

Victorian-Inspired Garden Party

Rachel sent us this beautiful Victorian-inspired children's garden party, and we thought it was so fitting for this time of year, we had to share!

Her images are beautiful and really tell the story of every event detail!

Lots of white and green were used throughout the party, keeping it light, airy, natural.

We love the invitation and how it was mimicked on the stunning cake!

The vegetables displayed in beautiful baskets made them a feast for the eyes.

"Sesame Street"-Inspired Birthday Party

Sesame Street has been a children's favorite television show full of learning and primary colored furry friends for decades now. What a perfect theme for a birthday party!

Carey shared with us her son's colorful and festive "Sesame Street"-themed birthday party, and we look forward to sharing it now with you!

Carey selected primary colors for the party, which are seen throughout the decor, beverages, even the colors of the sprinkles on the cupcakes--she really used these colors well.

Notice the table with a great spread of sweets!

How about something to satisfy your thirst? Carey chose brightly colored beverages in bottles loaded in an ice bucket, for the adults to get in on the fun too!

The birthday cake and cupcakes featured some beloved "Sesame Street" characters, and lots of sweet sprinkles in reds, yellows, greens and blues.

Talented little artists enjoyed drawing their own renditions of of their favorite characters like "Elmo" as an activity at the party--brilliant!

A Slumber Party Birthday Celebration!

The invitation for this precious "slumber party"-themed birthday party by Melissa Lester grabbed and pulled us right in. What detail, what charm!

Melissa chose white, pink and green for her color scheme for the party.

Cupcakes were another subtle theme used throughout the party. Love the pink frosting!

Decorations included monogrammed pillows, slippers, bedtime stories and a snuggly tedddy bear in a pink chenille robe.

The party table was set up like a bed (how darling!), with a custom pair of pajamas (Melissa made!) set out for each guest!

Girls were left smelling sweet with these pretty yummy-scented sprays for favors.

Classic Navy & Green Boy's Birthday Party

Christi from P is for Party shared this amazing party we had to share with you right away! Christi designs some of our favorite parties out there--we think once you peek at her blog, you will see why!

Christi selected a classic, preppy navy, kelly green and white color-scheme for the monogram-themed party. Check out the fabulous table settings here.

The invitations set the theme for the party, and we could not love the preppy design any more!

The birthday boy's chair was personalized with a simple yet stunning sign.

Even the front door was decorated with a sign to start the party before you walked in the door.

Small sandwhiches were wrapped in coordinating custom papers to tie into the theme.

Simple monogram stickers dressed up the simplest paper partyware (great idea!)

The birthday boy got to eat off of a very special monogrammed melamine plate (which we are sure he enjoyed long after the party too!)

The cupcake tower featured custom wrapped cupcakes on simple white boxes. It kept that modern, preppy, classic look.

The favors were a hit of the party.

Under The Sea Birthday Party

Jill used her graphic design background in creating a very personalized Under The Sea birthday party for her daughter!

Custom printed details (most created by Jill herself!) added a lot of personality to this charming party.

Jill selected a color-scheme of lilac, purple, aqua, turquoise, with hints of sea green and deep ocean blue. We adore the custom printed sign and notes for the "Mermaid Message In A Bottle" activity station--a darling idea Jill!

The party hats all featured sea creatures such as sea turtles, sea horses and octopus.

The cupcakes had the perfect color icing for an under the sea feel, and were all topped with custom printed cupcake toppers.

The sand, treasure chest of gold and pearls, and personalized favor bags of treasures made a charming display as well as treat for the guests to take home!

Jill was incredibly creative in using the fishing nets for decoration--check out the sea turtle and sea grass on the bucket with the deep sea blue napkins and flatware!

A treasure hunt in a sand box was a great activity that kept with the theme.

The birthday banner is customized with tropical flowers, adding a girly touch and keeping it tropical.

The custom printed water bottles are another favorite detail of the party!

Cheerful Orange & Yellow Truck Party Inspiration

Today's Stylish Party is from Courtney of Pizzazzerie .

It's a cheerful party that mixes mouth-watering sweets and playful dump trucks, catering to what the birthday boy loves best!

A happy color-scheme of orange, yellow and white was selected for the party, with just a splash of lime green truly completing the fresh citrus color-wheel!

You can see Courtney took the color-scheme and used it in every single detail, from the polka dotted table linens, tableware, trucks, party hats and decorations (like that wreath!!!). And of course, the yummy sweets match perfectly as well!

Notice the darling cupcake toppers that match the top of the party hats as well!

We love how the flower pot matches the table cloth--adorable!

Choo Choo Train Birthday Party

We can't believe the end of the week is here, and we are posting the final party of our debut week!!!! Thanks to all of our party contributors, as well as you, our newest followers! We are delighted you have decided to make Stylish Childrens Parties blog a place for party inspiration!

This fabulous party is sure to inspire you, from the paper products and favors to decorations and sweet table (see below!)

A modern classic "Thomas The Tank Engine"-inspired birthday party all started with an inspiration board created by Kelly of The Party Dress. She worked with Melisa, the mother of the birthday boy (who also happens to be the co-creator of Project Nursery), and brought the vision to life!

Kelly went with the idea of using "Thomas The Tank Engine" as inspiration, but at the request of Melisa, created a more modern, classic take on the character, rather than using images from the cartoon itself.

She used red, white, cobalt blue and aqua for the ever-popular color-scheme for boys that is fun, festive and a modern day classic.

Kelly created the invitations, banner, bubble labels, cupcake toppers...just to name a few things!

Ballet Birthday Party

This ballet birthday party created by Melissa is the definition of lovely. We have not once seen a ballet party anywhere as charming as this one, and it is a delight to be able to share it with you.

Every detail of the party was carefully designed, and her beautiful photos speak a thousand words.

Melissa set the theme with a beautiful pink, ballet-themed invitation, to match the soft pink, green and white color scheme of the entire event. We don't know who wouldn't want to attend a party with an invitation as darling hers!

Note the ballet-themed decor in the beautifully set tea room, with pale pink, green and white dishes, white linens, white garden chairs and a lovely display of ballet-inspired sweets.

Pink tulips made for lovely centerpieces-simple, and classic.

Take a closer look at some of these ballet slipper and tutu sweets.

Three tiers of treats adorned with pink satin ribbon makes these meringues even more lovely.

Tulle, petit fours, floral gold-rimmed china, a dainty combination.

We love how tulle is used throughout the event design, softly emphasizing the ballet theme.

Marie Antoinette First Birthday Party

Stunning is the best word to describe the images you are about to see of Amelia's "Marie Antoinette"-inspired first birthday party.

Mandy created an incredibly beautiful, romantic celebration for her daughter's first birthday.

From gorgeous decor to a beautifully styled menu; from the prettiest gift wrap to a birthday dress and hat sure to be stowed away carefully to be preserved and kept as a cherished family heirloom.

This party is full of style, it seems to be a stunning representation of Mandy--once you go to her blog, we have a feeling it will be awhile before you leave. Her style is quite extraordinary, and images are spectacular.

The colors seen throughout are many shades of pink, from warm peach tones to brighter hues, with a pop of soft aqua here and there. Beautiful!

Amelia was adorned in a stunning birthday gown wearing a rococo-style hat, and her high chair decorated in lovely fabrics.

Take a gander at the precious shoes she wore, simply charming.

A beautiful vintage lampshade adorned with beautiful pale aqua ribbon reinforced the color-scheme, and added a very romantic feel to the decor.

Lovely large romantic blooms filled up an urn on the table.

Mandy's creativity with food is amazing.

A sweet mother-daughter moment!

The bold colors are especially striking against the softer table linens and decor.

Even the gift wrap was well-thought out, styled and executed to perfection.

From ribbons to roses, the packages were decorations in and of themself.

There is something endearing about the one featuring a hand-written message on a doily.

Vintage "Fun With Dick and Jane"-Inspired Birthday Party

This fabulous vintage "Fun With Dick And Jane"-inspired birthday party is full of inspiring images for your next event.

Lindsey and Kori put together a spectacular birthday celebration (photographed beautifully by Courtney Vickers). You should know these two moms work together fusing their party planning talents, and recently launched their own shop showcasing their graphic design skills, at PaperandPigtails, and we are such a fan of their work on this party!

Lots of red, light blue and white was used throughout the party, however there are splashes of yellow that really pops--an incredibly cheerful combination!

Vintage toys, such as a "Radio Flyer" red wagon, sock monkeys, jacks and blocks, were used as decorations and centerpieces, emphasizing the theme.

Jacks were incorpated at the place settings for a playful eating space!

The birthday cake incorporated a toy for a topper, and reinforced the red, light blue and white color-scheme. An incredibly simple design for a stunning appearance.

Kori hand-painting blocks that spell out "Finn" for the sweet display table--these look fabulous!

There is something amazing about the vintage ferris wheel and old fashioned candy sticks in mason jars that really strikes our fancy!

From cookies and milk (served with vintage straws--because everything tastes better out of a straw, right?) to cupcakes adorned with sock monkey toppers created by Kori & Lindsey, make for a feast for the eyes.

Animal crackers and Bazooka Bubble Gum are amoung the many longtime favorite treats children could fill their darling vintage-inspired favor totes with to take home.

After eating all those treats, anyone who became thirsty had their selection of beverages in bottles (with custom labels created by these talented moms) which were displayed in the most stylish fashion.

Vintage Strawberry Shortcake-Inspired Birthday

We fell in love with the charming and sweet vintage Strawberry Shortcake-inspired birthday party Jessica threw for her daughter Grace's third birthday, and are thrilled to share it with you!

Every detail of the party tied in with the color scheme of red, pink and green.

Jessica made the sweetest party hats, which the entire family wore! These are some of the cutest hats we have ever seen, berry cute!

The cake was a strawberry house, personalized for Grace.

Vintage candy cups held color-coordinated sweets, to further emphasize the vintage style of the party.

The birthday girl looked like a little miss strawberry herself, and you can tell she adored every detail of the party her mom created.

A darling pair of strawberry rainboots filled with pink flowers added a fun vibe, incorporating not just a favorite vintage character's face but also strawberries, throughout the party.

Not only is this photo cute, but check out the little strawberry below it!

Jessica did not skimp on favors, check out the darling red buckets and pink-trimmed tins with custom printed labels and lots of red and pink sweets!

We are thoroughly impressed with Jessica's creative talent and vision, and how she created a party that Grace thoroughly enjoyed and where she felt celebrated.
